"Absolutely do not go to this agent or use state farm, was added to policy and received a card with my name on it then for some reason was immediately removed, found out I was not insured for a full year and have been charging the plan i was on. And now they are raising the price, and are gonna charge me even more to switch to my own"

"I was car shopping in 2023 and began a text chain with Tony Trotter for ins quotes. In the end, I kept my old car and didn't bother with switching ins companies since the payments came out through my paycheck as an employer-sponsored convenience. Fast forward to June 2025 and my old car gets totaled by a State Farm insured driver. In the back and forth on the loss claim, my old text chain with Tony popped back up. I had a good experience during the loss claim and decided now was the time to make the switch! Tony was responsive, informative and patient.
